What is the significance that the Dutch numbers 2, 3, 7, 9 are feminine and the rest are masculine? Would that affect how they are used with other words?

Well actually the genders there need to be edited. They gender of numbers in Dutch all are feminine. There was a misunderstanding when finding out the gender and it has to do with the fact that some numbers can be divided in feminine and masculine by their character.. This of course has nothing to do with the grammar. So we will update the info.
