" Waarom ga je niet met ons mee ?"


- mee --> belongs to -ga and they both make the verb "meegaan" ( to come / to go along )


- wel ---> is an adverb and has many meanings depending on the context. In this case it means something like " for sure"

Maybe the woman wasn't sure at first where to go on holiday and by using "wel" in her sentence she indicates that she does like to go on holiday to the beach or mountains.
