| Becky: ...it’s almost like you’re speaking? |
| Peter: Exactly. This trains you to speak faster in general. |
| Becky: Right. That’s something most beginners struggle with. |
| Peter: So listeners, if you’re struggling with speaking skills... |
| Becky: ...try this strategy right now. |
| Peter: With every lesson, you get a dialogue. Read along with the line by line transcript.. |
| Becky: ...or with the lesson notes. Read out loud slowly once... |
| Peter: ...then re-read a bit faster, then again, and keep increasing your speed... |
| Becky: ...until you can say the lines comfortably and sound like a native. |
| Peter: And native speakers WILL notice the difference if you can speak and respond quickly. |

| Becky: Number four- Review old lessons to master them completely. |
| Peter: Listeners, reviewing is a tried and tested strategy. |
| Becky: The previous strategy is a form of reviewing, isn’t it? Rereading lines? |
| Peter: Exactly, Becky. But listeners, the more times you go over something... |
| Becky: ...the better you get at it... |
| Peter: ...guaranteed. So for example, if you try our listening comprehension series... |
| Becky: ...and you only understand about 40%, review the lesson a few times. |
| Peter: You have the translations right in front of you. The answers are right there. |
| Becky: And by the third or fourth try, you’ll understand it 100%. |
| Peter: It’s like that quote goes- Repetition is the mother of all learning. |
| Becky: Alright, number 5- Download the dialog tracks and listen to the conversations. |
| Peter: Listeners, this is a super popular immersion tactic. |
| Becky: Here’s how it works. After you’re done with a lesson, download the dialog track. |
| Peter: With this, you get JUST the dialog – the conversation – in your target language. |
| Becky: Then, make a playlist of the dialog tracks. Each track is usually about 10 to 30 seconds long. |
| Peter: Download them to your device and play them on repeat. That’s it. |
| Becky: Yeah, it’s like listening to music on repeat. It gets drilled into your head... |
