What is the difference between "Hoe gat het met jou" and "Hoe is 't ermee?"

Thank you for your comment :D And the answer is not that difficult. They both are a way of asking
how someone is. if you translate them to English:

#Hoe gaat het met jou? - How is it with you?
# Hoe gaat het ermee? - How is it with? ( doesn't really make in sense though)

Both are polite forms and can be used in any kind of situation.
